Tang, Liyong is an associate professor in the School of Computer Science. He obtained his B.S and M.S. degrees in computer science from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1993 and 1996, and Ph.D. degree in computer science from Peking University in 2000 respectively. His research interests include network and information security, system software.
Dr. Tang has published more than 20 research papers in the fields of information security, P2P, wireless sensor networks, etc. He was awarded Second Class Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of China (2010), Second Class Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Chinese Army (2001).
Dr. Tang has participated more than ten research projects including NSFC, 863 project, etc.
